Regional Language Network West Midlands has created a new business resource centre, which reviews websites and online resources used by its members. The centre helps businesses navigate the wealth of business-related language and cultural information available, saving employers valuable time and research.

The centre offers reviews of resources, how they work and potential drawbacks. Such resources include those to help you:

• learn languages
• brush up on your cultural know-how before embarking on overseas visits
• help your tourism business welcome international visitors
• access telephone interpreting services
• present health and safety information to employees whose first language is not English
