National Curriculum Review
The National
Curriculum Review was launched on 20 January and the Government is
eager for those with an interest in education to have their
say.
The review covers all subjects that form part of the National
Curriculum, including modern foreign languages. Amongst other
things, it will consider what subjects should be compulsory at what
age and what workforce support will be required to deliver the new
curriculum.
You have the chance to contribute your ideas on the shape and
content of the curriculum as an individual and as an institution. A
call for evidence has been launched, inviting interested parties to
share their opinions and evidence.
You can respond to the consultation
online
The deadline for responses is 14 April 2011.
